Sorting by Employees Names by Contractors in Resource Assist

It would help a lot if Arcos sorted the employees by last name. It currently sorts by first name. The issue is that William can be Bill, Will, etc. This makes it very difficult to find employees when building crews.  I end up with multiple guys that are actually the same guy.  One is Bill Thompson, then Billy Thompson, then Willie Thompson and so on.  So many guys do not go by there first name (nick names) in this field that it makes it difficult.  Please change this!!  Thanks:)
