Ability to designate which notification method should arrive 1st (SMS, Phone) and ability to set the delay. Some employees would prefer to receive the SMS before the phone call. They might have small children and would prefer the text over the phone call to keep the family from being awakened. Others would prefer to receive the phone call first. Others are okay with all of them coming at the same time.

Rather than put in a separate suggestion, I came across this and wanted to note that the SMS delay function for SIREN Notifications isn't currently functional, but would be a great enhancement.  Often times, users would prefer to receive a text message and be given some time to read/respond to it (hence the delay).  As it is now, once the SMS goes out, the phone call basically follows, so it's a bit cumbersome to decline the call and attempt to respond via text, and then possibly delete the voice message that gets left.  This function works for Callouts, but apparently not for SIREN notifications.

This does not fall directly inline with the topic but is related, one challenge we are facing is when we utilize blast during a callout, it overrides the SMS delay, so it sends the text and call at the same time. It would be beneficial to have it blast based on communication method so if two numbers are listed and enrolled in SMS it should text both phones, wait x number of seconds, then call both phones.
