App/SMS notification after set amount of time asking "Are you still working callout xxxx?"

Crews continue to forget to release themselves from callouts. This is especially troublesome over a weekend when they don't get auto-released due to a scheduled work day. If ARCOS would send a reminder after a set amount of time (say every 4 hours) reminding them that they were still working a callout with the ability to release themselves from that reminder a lot of issues would be avoided.
