Building/Assigning Employees/Vehicles/Equipment

In Resource Assist, contractor builds out their employees/vehicles/equipment.  When they receive a connection, they assign the various resources, and then select Requested Roster Updates.  Is there a reason why the employees Primary Class and Phone cannot auto-populate?  Also, on the Vehicles/Equipment, those have already been built, is there a reason why the Type can't auto-populate?
