The ability for the Pointer functionality to work on Sign On Lists.

Today the Pointer functionality does not exist for any list that is a Sign On list. We use the sign on list to place employees on lists at different times. We would also like to have the ability for the employees to be able to rotate on these lists like they are able to rotate on a regular list. Whether by last call or last accept.

We do not want to go back to having to manually placing employees on lists at different time frames just to be able to use the rotating functionality. It is frustrating having to sacrifice functionality based on the type of list.
