The employee delay functionality will not work on any list that uses a Vertical Callout Method.
Today we have one jurisdiction that uses Vertical Callout Method. The Employee Delay functionality will not work on any list that uses this method for callout. We have negotiated several times with the bargaining unit to agree to switch to horizontal calling with no luck. At this time we have no way to delay calls between employees using this method. We are constantly having grievances due this functionality not being available from ARCOS.
It would be nice if the same functionality existed for ALL callout lists. We need to have a way to delay calls to employees using the vertical call method.
