In companies with many perspectives or when you have users who may not be 100% familiar with ARCOS such as during a large winter storm. It would be beneficial to be able to send a link to a perspective, instead of having to navigate away from the perspective and then take a screen shot of the hierarchy to allow someone how to find the correct perspective. It also makes it a bit more difficult in indicating the correct perspective to utilize in emergency procedures.
Good morning, Mostly Yes it would, however there is still at least one-use case for a direct link and that would be used in conjunction with the other idea bank suggestion of a user that doesn't get logged out, kind of like a system account so that in the EOC and other emergency/operations centers we can have ARCOS up on one of the video monitors showing real time dashboards. a direct link would simplify the work for the IT folks that set those up.

Thanks for the clarification. We are also looking at a way for users to "bookmark" Perspectives to provide easier navigation between their favorite ones. While we evaluate the bookmark options, we'll also take a look at being able to share a link.
Hi Cameron, thanks for the suggestion. We are working on a new "Perspective Search" feature that will add a search box above the folder list that allows the user to type a full or partial perspective name to find (and navigate to) that perspective. A question back to you, would this type of search functionality replace the need for the "link" you suggested?
