Email Active Users (currently Logged On) & (Logged on Last Year)

Currently there is no way to reach out to currently logged in users or to recently logged in (1 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month) periods. A can click to see who is currently logged in but can not utilize ARCOS to contact them. There are situations were reaching out to all our active users or recently active users to inform them about issues with ARCOS or upcoming system changes, outages, or training opportunities would be beneficial.
