Resource Assist - Contractor Contact Information
Currently on the utility side under connections there is a name and phone number of the point of contact that was at the contractor when they were onboarded.
Is there a way to make this information get updated? or a way to make it easier for contractors to keep this updated?
Maybe an additional contact like a Technical Contact so that we know who to reach out to should there be an issue with an update.
Or a additional point of contact for each request?
Also add an email address so we can reach out to them.
