User Community - Best Practices

As part of the creation of the new User Community and Knowledge base I think there should be a section on Best Practices.

Ideally there would be several prebuilt sections with prebuilt sub topics for example

Crew Manager with a sub topic of Crew Naming Conventions

Then each company could add examples of how they are doing crew naming conventions and why.

This could easily be leveraged by a new company being onboarded to see how others are doing it and implement the same or modify it to their own.

Have the pages on the sub topic created by utility so that over time as members of the utility change they can keep their page updated.
