Response Portal Login and user name text instruction update
Currently the User Name for the Resource Assist Contractor Response Portal is Case Sensitive and limited to 40 characters.
Neither of these limitations are documented/shown as part of the user creation screen or in the login widow.
Support tickets could be reduced or eliminated if a few lines of text could be added to the user creation screen and to the login window, even if it just comes in the form of a hover text/tool tip.
