Response Portal Enable Email Notifications for New Requests
Currently the only way for a contractor to be notified of a new request is to log in to the Resource Assist Contractor Response Portal and seeing there is a new request or to look into the notifications.
This creates a duplicative process as we have to notify the contractor of the new request via Email or a phone call if we want a timely response.
Create a method so that contractors can be notified when a new request is summitted to their company or location.
