Response Portal Ability to set Company/Location/Request Points of contact
Currently the only way a ARCOS User (Think Utility) can see the contact info for a company is to search for the company as part of the new connection process.
It would be beneficial for all parties involved if a contractor could identify a point of contact at the Location/Request level that was kept synchronized with anyone they are connected with so that its easy to locate the name/number/email address of someone who they can reach out to about the request. this information should be able to be easily updated without the need to close the request or to create a new request.
