Resource Assist Add ability to delete Offline Connections

Currently the only way to delete and offline connection is to create a ticket with ARCOS Support.

There should be an easier way to remove a connection especially one that has never been used such as when one is added in error.

There is no way to cancel an online invitation that does not get accepted.
