Time Only Crew Manager Attribute

Currently the Date/Time attribute is an all inclusive attribute. there are instances were it would be helpful to have a Time Only Attribute (HH:MM).

Maybe this is a sub option of the Date/Time Attribute, maybe this could be expanded to include different date formats (DD, MM, YYYY)
