Create First and Last Name as Separate Attributes for Crew Manager

Currently the only (automatic/default) Name attribute in Crew Manager (member level) is their Full Name, there are uses cases were we might want to export just the first or last name or both as separate fields. currently the only way to do this is to create Extended Attributes and to create an upload sheet or use the API to push the data over. although this could be automated using M365 tools, it would be easier if this was out of the box functionality.
