Reason Code Templates

It was suggested to have custom template messages that can be linked to reasons used.  Either as a comment on a shift and/or sent in the email.  Currently they are doing a copy and paste action.  This message  example below is added to all absences coded with "Protected Sick".  Having this automated would be such a time saver.
