Roster Enhancement idea - Delay before Calling Second Device
ARCOS can delay between employees and delay between rosters/lists (chains), simply interested in seeing another possible place to add a delay, between calling devices.
Enhancement idea to add a configurable delay configured at the roster level which would add a delay before calling an employee's 2nd device.
Example - This callout roster is for on-call person that must respond - Call Steve's 1st device if he accepts move on to the next person on the list, if no answer or answering machine or answer and hangup or no response etc.... 10 min delay (to give Steve time to respond) then call Steve's 2nd device - if he accepts move on to the next person, if no answer or answering machine or answer and hangup or no response etc.... move on to the next person on the list.
