Allow the Callout List Report to be batched

It would be helpful to have the ability to schedule the Callout List Report to be batched and emailed to groups of users. Currently, these reports are manually run multiple times a week and posted for our crews to view. Having the ability to batch these reports would remove some manual processes and allow users to get the reports via email.
