CREW Manager UX Admin Config

To improve user experience, it would be nice to be able to remove features on the screen that are not used in a perspective.  Example: If in our environment a user only functions in Crew Mode, there is no need for them to see the Lodging Mode icon in the "mode" menu.  Similarly, if users are not modifying filter configurations, there is no need for that blue "Filter" icon to appear.  This would allow us to simplify the visual for the user and make the function more intuitive.  This should be an admin function by security group.
