Ability to Purge employee profile

It would be nice to have the ability to purge employee profiles. This is not something that should be used often but we have had instances where duplicate profiles have been created and we are unable to purge it from the database. For example, we used to grant more users the ability to create profiles which caused several duplicates in the database. The other example happened while I was at 2022 conference, we had a user whose account wouldn't load and after multiple attempts by ARCOS support to fix the issue I was instructed to create another account for the user. Creating a duplicate for this employee as well.
