Back Button in Mobile App Group schedule - employee schedule

When a supervisor goes into the mobile app to look at his group schedules there is a back button on every page except when he clicks on a employee to add exceptions, release etc. If the supervisor needs to update multiple employees, the only option is the home button that takes them back to begging to drill back down to the schedules. Doesn't make sense to have a back button at every step except the last one.
