Resource Assist Archive Retrieval


It is very cumbersome to access the historical record of past events and incidents within a request team or by responding partner.  The events are listed from oldest to newest without a date filter and the request team filter seems to crash frequently when applied.  It is also very slow to load given the volume of historical data it is trying to pull when loading.  I have taken to keep a one note of documentation by request as opposed to using this feature.  Any enhancements to its function and features would be much appreciated.
