Include UnScheduled Time Off Requests in Day History

UnScheduled Time Off Requests are not tied to a ShiftObject, but rather a calendar day. As such, they are not picked up by the Supervisor's (or ScheduleViewer or Employee user) Day History functionality. It is important to include them, because if they are denied, there is no means to get at a record of that via the user interface. It would be great to have them included in Day History (along with comments from the Employee User when they submitted it, and the Supervisor user if commented when approved/denied).
