Sign-On Hover-Text or conflict box

So we get a lot of tickets asking "Why are the Sign-On check boxes greyed out?"
I think it would be more user friendly if there was some indication, via mouse hovering or some sort of box, of where the schedule conflict is coming from that causes this - it would probably enable people to A. understand how it works better and B. troubleshoot their own sign on lists.
