Custom Message Text
When sending callouts or SIREN notifications the custom message text does not appear within the app Response screen. You will notice in the attached screen shot, the custom message can be played if there is a voice recording; however, the Custom Msg Txt is not there. Our processes rely on the responders being able to view the custom message text for callouts and SIREN notifications, as we do not often use the custom message voice option.
Our request would be to replace the current Custom Msg field, which shows the custom message title, with the Custom Msg Txt, to show the full message.
I agree! Seems like this would be basic functionality.
