Select all option for Crew Manager filters

The ability to add all the values from an attribute into a filter at one time. 

There are times when being able to quickly include all values will allow users to be able to look at all crews that have a value in an attribute. 

This could be useful when trying to look for all crews with storm locations assigned for easy reporting or roll up data.
