Ability for Supervisors to access an employee's "In Case of Emergency" phone number


When a field employee has an accident or other emergency, he will inform his Supervisor.  The Supervisor would like to be able to view the employee's record in ARCOS and see an 'In Case of Emergency' or 'ICE' number, that he could click on (ideally) or at least write down, to call his employee's emergency contact.  Tracking down this number through HR can take more time than the Supervisor is willing or able to devote.
